COVID-19 Protocol

Ensuring the safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. We have made the following changes to make your guest experience safe and relaxing. Please understand we are following all Colorado and Summit County Department of Health, Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, and CDC guidelines. As these guidelines change, we will update our COVID-19 protocols accordingly. These are the changes you can expect during your visit.

It is required guests and staff who are not vaccinated for COVID-19 wear face masks while receiving services. We do require proof of your vaccination card at check in. This can be a photo or the physical paper.

Our staff will complete a symptom check list before every shift. Staff experiencing COVID-19 symptoms will be asked to leave and directed to see a physician. Reservations will need to be rescheduled.

Our staff will have extra time between each appointment for cleaning and sanitizing rooms as directed in our cleaning protocols. Our staff is using hospital grade disinfects on all surface areas in the treatment rooms.HEPA air purifiers have been added to each treatment room.

Guests will need to complete a symptom check list prior to arrival. If you are experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath or other illness symptoms, we do ask that you reschedule your service.

If you are at high risk for COVID-19, we ask that you do not schedule at this time.

Hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes will be available throughout the spa.

Lockers, steam rooms, and showers are closed. Robes and sandals will only be provided to guests receiving multiple services,  requiring treatment room changes.
