COVID-19 Protocol

Ensuring the safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. We have made the following changes to make your guest experience safe and relaxing. Please understand we are following all Colorado and Summit County Department of Health, Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, and CDC guidelines. As these guidelines change, we will update our COVID-19 protocols accordingly. These are the changes you can expect during your visit.

All guests and staff must wear face masks while inside the building (including during your treatment), and social distancing is mandatory at all times (except during your treatment).

We ask all guests and therapists to wash their hands in the treatment room before the service begins and after the service is completed.

Our staff will complete a symptom check list and have temperature reading before every shift. Staff experiencing COVID-19 symptoms will be asked to leave and directed to see a physician. Reservations will need to be rescheduled.

Temperature checks will take place before all appointments for guests. If your temperature is over 99.9 F, you will be advised to see a physician and asked to reschedule.

Hot towels and heat packs will not be used during your service. Robe and sandal service has also been suspended.  All massage tables will be heated for your comfort.

If you arrive early for your appointment, we may ask you to wait outside until we are ready for you to enter the Spa area. We can only have a limited amount of guests in our check in/ retail area at a time due to our size.

Our staff will have extra time between each appointment for cleaning and sanitizing rooms as directed in our cleaning protocols. Our staff is using hospital grade disinfects on all surface areas in the treatment rooms.

Please reschedule your appointment if you have been in contact with someone in the last 21 days who has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus or if you have traveled recently to any COVID-19 “hot spots”.

Guests will need to complete a symptom check list prior to arrival. If you are experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath or other illness symptoms, we do ask that you reschedule your service.

If you are at high risk for COVID-19, we ask that you do not schedule at this time.

Hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes will be available throughout the spa.

We have added HEPA air purifiers to each treatment room.

All payment processing machines/credit cards/pens will be disinfected between each transaction.

Locker rooms, steam rooms, showers, and sitting areas are closed at this time.
